Abstract

Abstract: The SECI model based on Chinese culture of insight psychology and quantum learning is improved, the quantum SECI (Q-SECI) model is built, and the mechanism of the knowledge creation is analyzed by two forces, such as Knowledge Creation Force (KCF) and Knowledge Integration Force (KIF). Further more, some cases from workshops and research labs are discussed, and the "communities of practice" is organized to test applications of the Q-SECI model.
