Toward the knowledge centric organization——Using knowledge management in U.S.Navy Department as a example

Abstract: Based on the literature research, the empirical case of "the knowledge Management in the Us Navy department" is analyzed. And ten strategies applied to the transferring toward the knowledge-centric organization are discussed, so that it will provide the meaningful reference for the research and practice activities in the field of knowledge management in China.
