A study on the relationship between working environment andorganizational knowledge Creation

Abstract: In the knowledge economy era, the knowledge has already become the focus of the competition among enterprises; therefore the knowledge creation becomes the source that enterprises improve their own competitive ability and innovation ability. The questionnaire investigation method is used to investigate the relation between the enterprise's Working Environment(WE) factors and Organizational Knowledge Creation(OKC) under the management background of Chinese enterprises. And the method of statistical regression analysis is applied to analyze the effective data that come from 41 enterprises. The result has verified that there are obviously positive correlation relations between work group support, work resource, challenge work of WE, and OKC, the quality of the factors have obvious influence on the OKC. At last, the direction for the future study is pointed out.
