Abstract: Based on a brief review of relevant literature, three categories including 12 indicators as valid and reliable measures of the implementation effects of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) are induced. Then stepwise multi-regression is conducted using the result from the survey of 87 equipment manufacturing firms. Finally, it is confirmed that the relationship between the implementation effects of AMT and human factors is significant and positive; the diversity influence on AMT implementation by human factors is analyzed.
