Research on comprehensive competence evaluation of large-scale research institutes

Abstract: The competitive environment of research institutes has changed completely since transformed. How to evaluate their competence and formulate development strategy according to competence situation is urgent. The authors construct a competence evaluation system of large-scale research institutes, design a kind of comprehensive evaluation method taking account of functionality and proportionality, apply it to evaluate the competence of one branch of China Coal Research Institute, and analyze its competence situation.
