Abstract: A synthesized theory model which describes the relationships between supply chain collaboration trust and institution-based trust is proposed. Fifty six companies with different scales in different fields are chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a sample data of 327 actual members is collected. With software of SPSS11.0 and AMOS4.0, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are implemented to validate hypothesizes which are put forward in model. The result shows institution-based trust including perceived effectiveness of monitoring, perceived effectiveness of feedback, perceived effectiveness of accreditation, perceived effectiveness of legal bonds, perceived effectiveness of cooperative norms has positive differential effect on supply chain cooperation trust.
