Abstract: This paper firstly, presents the framework of knowledge spillover in industrial cluster,and then explores the pattern and track of knowledge spillover through detailed discussion. It is argued that informal communication, new technology introduction and flow of human resources are the key factors through which knowledge is diffused throughout the enterprises in industrial cluster,but product effect is limited.
