The analysis of the causal for inter-organizational collaboration from two perspectives

Abstract: Based on the industry technological life cycle theory which studies the degree and mode impacted by industry technological life cycle to inter-organizational collaboration, this paper illustrates the deficiency of transaction cost theory to explain this problem, and shows the proliferation of organizational resource from various forms of inter-organizational collaboration. This paper explores the reason of inter-organizational collaboration from industry technological life cycle perspective and organizational resource perspective.
