Abstract: With the economic globalization and development, enterprise cooperative knowledge innovation has become important. The paper puts forward a mode of knowledge supply chain(KSC), and that solves the problem of inefficiency, nonstandard, and difficult communication in cooperation. It also designs the conception model of KSC, makes a mode of KSC promoting cooperative knowledge innovation, divides two stages to explain and describe the whole process, and provides a kind of method for enterprise cooperative knowledge innovation to create and apply KSC.
