Abstract: The production integrated innovation is a specific type of innovation, by gathering the endeavor of R&D, design, manufacture and other department, it transforms the market demand and production conception into commodity. After discussing the process of integrated innovation, the paper brings forward the four-stage model on production integrated innovation, analyzes the mechanism of communication and information evolution during the integrated innovation.
