Abstract: Abstract: Based on a web-based survey of 286 questionnaires, the relationship of emotional intelligence, conflict management style and perceived cohesion is explored. The results of regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence was positively related to coordinating style, and negatively related to conceding style, which in turn lead to higher perceived cohesion. Especially, Regulation of Emotion (ROE) and Use of Emotion (UOE) were positively related to coordinating style; UOE and Other’s Emotion Appraisal (OEA) were negatively related to conceding style. The testing results of mediating effects showed that coordinating style fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and perceived cohesion. The conclusion has the reference value to keep employees’ cooperation and maintain good employees’ relationship.
