The influence factors on knowledge sharing in the automobile product development process

Abstract: Abstract: There is less research on the influence factors of knowledge sharing for new product development process in academic circles; and specialized research on the knowledge sharing in automobile new product development process is a rare avis, which involves complicated knowledge and process. The research takes organizational factors, motivating factors, and cultural factors as variables, and includes five automobile corporations in China as research sample. How the level of knowledge sharing is influenced by the degree of knowledge dissemination and effectiveness of sharing is studied. The results show that self-realization and fairness have positive related influence on the level of knowledge dissemination, and team payment has positive related influence on effectiveness of sharing.
