Abstract:     Abstract: Based on the point that the uncertain environment may have an influence on the evolution of innovation network, starting with the describing uncertain factors of technical environment and market environment, six types of innovation networks, namely shrinking, stability,strengthening, dynamic balance, deflation, and churning have explaned. Then a model has been developed to show the evolution of innovation network. In the end, by taking the emerging technologies as an example, the evolutional process of innovation network, and further along three developing paths of the emerging technologies are presented. They are totally-breakthrough type, market-breakthrough type, and technology-breakthrough type.
