Abstract: Abstract: Following ecological principles with behavior norms of industry clusters, constructing ecological industry clusters is of great importance to the sustainable development of both economy and society. Therefore, the ecological industry clusters is focused and summarized as follows: there are three operation patterns according to the roles that the leading industries play in the ecological process. The operation characteristics, application conditions, strengths and weaknesses of those patterns are also discussed with a case study. Finally, the corresponding suggestions are proposed.
