Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: With the development of market reform and global economic, the outsource environment dynamism has been increased. How to make an effective outsourcing strategy under the various environments is a key problem. The relationship between the innovative (routine) R&D outsourcing and firm performance is shed light on. The data shows that the environmental dynamism only moderates the relationship between innovative R&D outsourcing and firm performance. These results provide good suggestions for the R&D outsourcing strategy and decision in China.
