Organizational unlearning, organizational learning, and dynamic capabilities for enterprises

Abstract: Abstract: Organizational inertia hinders from forming and strenthening dynamic capabilites of the company, however organizational learn and unlearning can lift the shackles of organizational inertia. First, the learning and unlearning impact on dynamic capabilities is analyzed, and a conceptual framework and the corresponding model is established, then the relationship of them is discussed, and it is pointed out that organizational learning forms enterprises’ dynamic capabilities and organizational learning and unlearning further promote and enhance the organizational dynamic capabilities. Finally, a case study is used for further validation.
