Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: Taking Chinese pharmaceutical listed companies as data sample, the relation between intellectual property right and its performance was studied using the regression method. It is concluded that Chinese traditional medicine companies’ patent is related with their performance positively, the appearance design that chemical and biotech pharmaceutical companies have is related with their performance positively, and pharmaceutical companies’ utilities and trademark are not related with their performance. At last, some suggestions were given based on the conclusion.
