Abstract: Abstract: With the enhancing technology fundamentality in economic development, the organizations with technology superiority often make a serious threat to those in inferior position. Based on the case studies of technology event, the theory of technology threat between different organizations is studied, including its formation mechanism, definition, and characteristics, etc. From the view of the types for the unbalance technology development, the technology threat is divided into three types, that is, technology gap threat, technology diversity threat, and technology R&D threat. Furthermore, a three-dimensional model for the relative factors of technology threat has been constructed in order to analyze the status of technology threat.
