Abstract: Abstract: Using the method of bibliometrics, a technological innovation database in the period of 1982-2005 was constructed for China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). The documents contained the technological innovation in their titles are gathered, the main institutions, journals, distribution stracture of theme and subject, generation manner of literature, high citation results, concept diffusion, and high frequency keywords are analyzed by year. Quantitative characteristics of distribution, structure change, and research topic, and research hotspots are depicted.
