Entrepreneurial orientation and firm’s performance: A mediating effect of organizational learning

Abstract:     More and more corporations begin to adopt the entrepreneurial orientation strategy in the dynamic and complicated uncertainty environment, but from the entrepreneurial orientation strategy to organizational performance, it should be some transition paths and organizational learning support. The mediating effect about organizational learning between corporate entrepreneurial orientation and performance relationship is discussed, and it is believed that the enterprise can improve the organizational performance by creating the learning orientation culture.
