Abstract:     Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) should be taken as an innovative strategy for developing Circular Economy (CE). The coherence between EPR can CE is discussed。 Researches concerning the responsible producers in terms of EPR are reviewed, based on that, the essential connotations of EPR and basic principles for selecting the responsible main part is dissected. In the end, suggestions and implications for CE development in China are put forward.
