Abstract: Abstract: Exterior event-oriented collective action is one of the most frequent occurrence forms of the collective action. By the demonstration of the clustered enterprises, it is found that the attribute of exterior event, consciousness level of resistance, aid strength of exterior resources, organizing level, and self identity of collectivity make a strong impact on exterior event-oriented collective action.
