Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: The bounded rationality of individual decision maker is extended to the team situation, and three type mechanisms of Top Management Team(TMT) bounded rationality are concluded on the basis of upper echelons perspective. A TMT character analysis model is developed using the loop of system dynamics. This model can explain the reason for specific purpose investment weakening of corporation in China based on the view of TMT combination character and relevant scenario.
