Abstract:     Organizational resilience can help new ventures recover from crisis quickly, and its importance has received widespread attention. In view of the dynamic dependence of organizational resilience on strategies, this paper took the entrepreneurial ecological orientation of integrating into the ecosystem as the starting point of strategy. Then, it constructed a theoretical relationship model of entrepreneurial ecological orientation, network embeddedness and organizational resilience, and systematically explored the path for new ventures to improve organizational resilience. Based on 302 questionnaire survey data, the paper used the hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap method to test the hypothesis. The study results showed that: firstly, entrepreneurial ecological orientation with the strategic posture of integrating into the system helps new ventures enhance organizational resilience; secondly, entrepreneurial ecological orientation can improve network embeddedness, which helps new ventures to build embedded resource architecture in their ecosystem; thirdly, network embeddedness promotes organizational resilience, and embedded resource architecture is an effective way to obtain organizational resilience; and finally, network embeddedness partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial ecological orientation and organizational resilience. New ventures that adopt entrepreneurial ecological orientation need to improve organizational resilience through structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness. The study has provided a new strategic perspective for new ventures to improve organizational resilience, and it will provide a new practical way for new ventures to recover from crisis as soon as possible.
