Abstract: Combined with the location of embedding conditions and entrepreneurship, this paper takes the agricultural enterprises as the research object, utilizing field research data to conduct an empirical research on the influence Mechanism of agricultural enterprises network competence and competitiveness by structural equation modeling method. The results show that the two dimensions of network competence, namely, vision ability and construction ability, have a strong positive impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. Entrepreneurship acts as intermediaries between network capacity vision and synergistic dimension and enterprise competitiveness. The location embedding condition can enhance the positive influence of the network vision ability and the cooperative ability on the entrepreneurship, and reduce the positive influence of the network construction ability on the entrepreneurship. The location embedding condition promotes the competitiveness of the enterprise through the network coordination ability, while it has no adjustment effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurship and the enterprise's competitiveness. The location embedding condition influences the agricultural enterprise's competitiveness from the natural aspect, however, how to use the social network competence need to play the initiatives of entrepreneurs.
