Abstract: With the normalization and increasing degree of environmental uncertainty, enterprises should adopt corresponding strategy. From the perspective of interdependence, this article not only conducts a single-case study on Haier Group but also analyzes the enterprise’s strategies of coping with environmental changes in different environments. This study finds that the enterprises can adopt the following strategies: 1) using high opening model and implementing decentralized activity can help cope with high heterogeneity environments; 2) using high stringency interdependency rules and implementing constructive confrontation activity can help cope with high relevancy environments; 3) employing high modularity interdependency patterns and implementing self-organizing activity can help deal with weak controllability environments; 4) employing high immediacy interdependency rules and implementing feedback loop activity can help deal with high dynamic environments.
