Abstract: As the product of financial innovation in the Internet era, crowdfunding got the attention of academia gradually. Based on the theory of scientific knowledge map, use the histcite、citespace visual software to do citation graph, keywords occurrence knowledge map ,keywords strategy diagram, analysis the citation relationship, hot topics and development trend. The study results show that: (1) The research of crowdfunding is still in its infancy, focus on the qualitative analysis of operation form, characteristic of the participants, etc; (2) The motivation of participants, identification the risks, the operation mode of crowdfunding platforms is the research hotspots in the crowdfunding field; (3) Applicability, trust mechanism, benefit distribution mechanisms of the crowdfunding model is the rend of development.
