Research on the R&D Innovation Capability, Resource Sharing and Market Performance of New Products of High-tech Service Companies’ Transnational strategic alliance

Abstract: The paper studies high-tech service companies which are engaged in transnational strategic alliance. Through the hierarchical linear model (HLM), it analyses the influence of transnational strategic alliance on the relationship among R&D innovation capability, resources sharing and market performance. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the frequency of transnational strategic alliance projects would enhance the positive effect between R&D innovation capability and new product market performance; the term of transnational strategic alliance projects would enhance the positive effect between resource sharing and new product market performance, while the frequency of transnational strategic alliance projects would weaken the relationship between resource sharing and market performance of new products.
