Influence of hi-tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship and model building

Abstract: Under the background of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”, being the main force of high-tech entrepreneurial activity, hi-tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship can measure the level of entrepreneurial activity. This paper teases research on hi-tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship from three aspects and points out the connotation. On this basis, constructs research frame on hi-tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship under Chinese context. We find that knowledge, capacity, opportunity and resource impact hi-tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship combined action with institutional system, organizational learning and relational network. In the end, we put forward policy suggestion for hi-tech enterprise corporate entrepreneurship.
