Abstract: In order to explore how the companies to achieve business model innovation with the help of the external resources, this study takes relationship learning as intervening variable, takes the paradox of openness as moderator variable, builds the influence model between organization unlearning and business model innovation, based on the perspective of open innovation. By the application of correlation analysis and regression analysis method with 320 effective samples, this study got the conclusions that Organization unlearning has significantly positive influence on business model innovation; Relationship learning mediates the influence of organization unlearning on business model innovation; The paradox of openness moderates the influence of relationship learning on business model innovation; The paradox of openness moderates the effect of relationship learning.
