Abstract: In order to explore the factors influencing technology innovation and the relationship among different factors in strategic emerging industries, some hypotheses are proposed based on the analysis of the factors influencing technology innovation, and the structural equation model of the factors is constructed. Then the hypotheses are tested by applying the structural equation model by means of the questionnaire survey results and factor analysis method. The results show that the following six factors have significant impacts on technology innovation in strategic emerging industries, intervention of governments, synergic innovation of enterprises, participation of universities and research institutions, willingness to cannibalize of industrial organizational units, key resources and operation management. Among the above mentioned factors, intervention of governments, synergic innovation of enterprises, participation of universities and research institutions, willingness to cannibalize are the main influencing factors. The involvement of intermediary organizations has no significant impact on technology innovation in strategic emerging industries. The research results provide a guidance and reference for key factor management and control of technology innovation in strategic emerging industries.
