The impact of service innovation and manufacturing service on the enterprise performance

Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, the service innovation's influence on business performance is argued empirically with intervening variable of manufacturing service by the application of correlation analysis and regression analysis method and by use of 181 sample data from Xi'an manufacturing enterprises. It is found out that the service innovation and the manufacturing service has significant positive influence on enterprise performance; service innovation has significant positive influence on manufacturing service; and manufacturing service plays partial intermediary role in the impact of service innovation on enterprise performance.
