Research on enterprise's technological capability evolution based on the technical knowledge system

Abstract

Abstract: Based on theoretical framework of upgrading enterprise's technical knowledge system, and adopting the case study research methodology, this paper thoroughly analyzed the evolution process of technological capability of China Hualu Panasonic AVC Networks Co., LTD. and built a theoretical model of evolution of enterprises' technological capability of developing country by upgrading system. The research result indicated that the evolution model of technical knowledge system revealed the intrinsic law of enterprise's technological capability promotion of developing country, which internally manifested as enterprise's systematic technical knowledge capability matching with evolution strategy and tactics of technological capability, and externally manifested as evolution path of upgrading from manufacturing technical knowledge subsystem to core element, product architecture and even basic technical knowledge subsystem.
