Study on the evolvement and synergy mechanism of technology transfer system in China

Abstract: This paper reviews the evolution of technology transfer system as the logical starting point, and analyzes the content, feature and mechanism of technology transfer system in China. We divide the technology transfer system into five subsystems from a longitudinal perspective, and use composite system synergy degree model to measure the state of China's technology transfer system's evolution. The paper finds out that technology transfer system has a good evolvement trend, but the overall level is low, and its weak links are technological intermediary system and technological diffusion system, indicating that if we only focus on the development of the individual subsystems and ignore other subsystems,it will be difficult to realize the coordinated development of the technology transfer system. Finally, we tentatively construct technology transfer coordination mechanism, and provide some implications to technology transfer activities in our country.
