Coupling mechanism of resources integration, collaborative innovation and enterprise dynamic capability

Abstract

Abstract: Compared to the resource-based view and the capability-based view, collaborative innovation can better interpret how enterprises promote the dynamic capability evolution and strengthen competitive advantage on the basis of resources integration from a new perspective. Based on the theories of resources integration, collaborative innovation and dynamic capability, this paper, by combing and analyzing the case of SGMW Company, explores the coupling relationship between resources integration, collaborative innovation and dynamic capability, and demonstrates the evolution of enterprise dynamic capability based on resources integration and collaborative innovation as well as the inner mechanism of forming competitive advantage. This paper aims to offer some references for Chinese-foreign joint ventures to improve their dynamic capability and create competitive advantages.
