Abstract: From the viewpoint of enterprise, with the negative impact of knowledge tacitness on the effect of knowledge transfer, the modificatory effect of connection strength, network density, network range, and centrality of both receiving enterprise and source enterprise is discussed. Empirical analysis shows that only the network range and network centrality of source enterprise has a significant modificatory effect, while the modificatory effect of connection strength, network density, and network range of receiving enterprise has not been found. This conclusion implies that during the transfer of knowledge with relatively high degree of tacit, it is more important to gain an active coordination from source enterprise than the effort from receiving enterprise.
