The evaluation method of civil cities based on DEMATEL and Choquet integral

Abstract

Abstract: Civil city’s evaluation is the most important step for establishing harmonious society and achieving sustainable development. A hybrid approach based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Choquet integral is proposed in order to evaluate the civil level of provincial and vice-provincial cities. Firstly, DEMATEL is used to simplify the civil city’s evaluation index system after it is used to analyze the influential relationships among the indexes. And then, considering the interactions among the indexes, λ fuzzy measure is used to weight the subset of the indexes. Finally, Choquet integral is introduced to synthesize the evaluation values for the cities.
