Abstract: In the dynamic environment, valuable resources are crucial to the building-up of dynamic capability. How the static resources could form the dynamic capability in order to bring superior performance for the start-ups has become an all academic and industrial focus. From the view of process, based on 717 valid samples, the relation between resource integration process and dynamic capability is investigated. The empirical study shows that resource identification process is not related to the dynamic capability; however resource acquisition, resource allocation, and leverage processes are significantly and positively related to the dynamic capability.
