The impact of absorptive capacity,relationship learning, and knowledge integration on the enterprise innovation performance-An empirical study on technology-based SMEs

Abstract: In the context of globalization of science and technology,how to improve innovation performance has become a burning question to keep continuous competition advantages.On the basis of theoretical analysis, a research framework was built and a structural equation model was constructed. Then, an empirical research was implemented on 236 technology-based SMEs which came from the Yangtze River Delta of China to quantificationally explore the impact of absorptive capacity,relationship learning, and knowledge integration on innovation performance. The contribution of this paper was to confirm the mechanism and route by which these variables impact each other. The conclusions are meaningful for further understanding the impact of absorptive capacity,relationship learning, and knowledge integration on innovation performance.
