Abstract:   In the information era, knowledge embedding has played an increasingly important role in the international growth of knowledge-based enterprises. Thus, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the international entrepreneurship performance of the newly-established cluster technological SMEs through dual knowledge network embedding. This study integrated the theories of network embeddedness and organizational learning, and built an analytical framework of the relationship between dual knowledge network embedding, collaborative learning across organizations, transnational entrepreneurial orientation, and international entrepreneurial performance of technological cluster SMEs. Through an empirical analysis of 274 survey data samples, the research found that: (1) dual knowledge network embedding has a positive impact on the growth of international entrepreneurial performance of cluster technological SMEs. The embedding of knowledge network can produce positive economic externalities, exert knowledge spillover effects, enhance the stickiness among cluster enterprises, and thus provide continuous momentum for international entrepreneurship; (2) collaborative learning across organizations plays a mediating role between dual knowledge network embedding and international entrepreneurial performance; and (3) transnational entrepreneurial orientation can positively adjust the relationship between  dual knowledge network embedding and international entrepreneurial performance. In theory, this study can help to better understand the internal working mechanism of dual knowledge network embedding upon international entrepreneurship performance. In terms of management practice, it has shed lights that the cluster technological enterprises should strengthen the integration and reconstruction of internal and external knowledge networks, transform embedded tacit knowledge resources into real international entrepreneurial momentum, and thus achieve the high international entrepreneurship performance.
