基于两类典型生产模式的供应链性能分析

摘要: 面向按库存生产(MTS)和按订单生产(MTO)的两类供应链业务流程建立了Petri网模型,通过仿真,分析比较了它们的库存、订单响应时间和设备利用率,结果表明,在库存方面,MTO供应链明显优于MTS,而在订单响应时间和资源利用率方面,MTS供应链则略优于MTO。表明单一的生产模式并不能获得理想的供应链综合性能。

Abstract: Two kinds of Petri-net models for supply chains business process are set up based on Made-TO-Stock(MTS) and Made-TO-Order(MTO).The inventory, order response time and utilization ratio of equipment are analyzed and compared by simulation.Results show that the supply chain based on MTO is much better than one based on MTS in inventory,and supply chain of MTS is a little better than one of MTO in the order response time and utilization ratio of equipment.It is obvious that the synthetical performance of supply chain based on single production model isn't perfect.
