摘要: 本研究界定了后发企业新产品的开发时间和开发柔性,剖析影响两者的相关因素。研究认为基于知识传导的产品开发平台有效地提高开发柔性和降低开发过程的不确定性,而动态能力有效地缩短开发时间和提高开发柔性;同时,详细地剖析三者的内在作用机理及其策略。最后,本研究阐述知识、能力与产品协同演化的逻辑联系。

Abstract: The time to market of new product development of latecomer firms is defined;their influence factors are analyzed.The product developing platform based on knowledge transfer is put forward.This platform can effectively enhance developing flexibility and reduce the uncertainty of developing process.The dynamic capabilities can effectively cut back the time to market and improve the flexibility.The intrinsic mechanism and their strategies are analyzed in great detail.Finally,the logic relation between co-evolution of knowledge,capability and product is discussed.
