Member-selection decision in VTIT based on multilevel extendible comprehensive evaluation

Abstract: Abstract: Virtual Technology Innovation Team (VTIT) is an emerging scientific research organization crossing space, time, and organizational boundaries. It is a product of the research activity complication and cross-integration, and the network information age. Member selection is a basic issuein the establishment and operation of VTIT, which is an evaluation of science and technologytalents in essence. According to features and requirementsof VTIT, the membersselection system is separated into degree three dimensions, that is, individual capacity,coordination ability, and match adaptation in order to construct the evaluation indexes system, and establishmultilevel extendible comprehensive evaluationmodel by using the matter element methodin extenics, the model provids a decision-making method for VTIT member selection.
