Abstract:    In the context of digital transformation, intellectual property mechanism provides systematic support for the development of the cultural industry. Focusing on cultural industry sources, this paper selected the digital publishing enterprise as a sample and found that copyright-centric firms reconstruct the "knowledge agent ideology", forming a symbiotic evolution model, which encompasses digital technology, copyright resource aggregation and cognitive reshaping. During the digital transition, enterprises leverage institutional capabilities and they transform exogenous copyright constraints into strategic innovation dividends. This drives market evolution from "content commercialization" to "copyright ecosystem", shift copyright resource allocation from "centralized control" to "equal sharing", and provide creators and users with more opportunities to participate in the content market. This research has examined the value creation and distribution models within adaptation and derivative work system in the process of digital transformation, establishment of copyright market mechanism, and amplification of knowledge value in the cultural industry, including literary works, music, games, and short-form videos. It will provide a guiding framework for sustainable development in these fields.
