Abstract:  In an unpredictable, continuously and rapidly changing competitive environment, enterprises must have the ability to survive, develop and expand their competitive advantages. Agile supply chains can quickly aggregate proprietary assets, knowledge and relationships, turning unpredictable market uncertainties and potential supply chain disruptions into competitive opportunities. In addition, it enables enterprises to respond to market fluctuations and other uncertainties in a timely and flexible way, helps enterprises to occupy a more favorable position in market competition. This also means that in the context of market-oriented competition, the competition between industries is not only the competition between enterprises, but more of the competition between supply chains, supply chain agility has become a key factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, how to improve the agility of enterprise supply chain to help enterprises occupy a favorable position in the complex and volatile environment has become an important topic of enterprise strategy research.

Although the research on supply chain agility theory has made a lot of achievements, one common point of existing literatures is that they are all based on the background that supply chain enterprises only exist pure cooperative relationship or competitive relationship. Recent studies have found that supply chain networks also have co-opetition relations, not only between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain, but also between horizontal supply chains. Therefore, it is incomplete to discuss the agility of supply chain in the background of only pure cooperative relationship or competitive relationship among supply chain enterprises. Supply chain agility needs to be re-examined in the context of Supply chain co-opetition relations, and many problems need to be explored and proved. Among them, the influence mechanism of horizontal co-opetition in industrial clusters on supply chain agility is an important problem that lacks in-depth research. This is because China is in the process of industrial cluster upgrading, and the cluster shows the state of collective horizontal co-opetition, which accelerates the market response speed of enterprises. However, the existing industrial cluster theory is difficult to explain the objectively existing social and economic phenomena, so we need to find a new way to explore and study them from a new perspective. At the same time, will supply chain co-opetition affect supply chain agility? What is the path of influence? What factors reinforce or weaken this process of influence? There is a lack of discussion in the existing literature.
Therefore, based on dynamic capability theory, social network theory and organizational learning theory, this paper deeply discusses the influence mechanism of collective horizontal co-opetition on corporate supply chain agility, Bootstrap test method is adopted to carry out empirical research on the questionnaires of 216 large enterprises in professional markets. It is found that collective horizontal co-opetition has a positive and significant effect on supply chain agility directly or indirectly. There are three intermediate paths between collective horizontal co-opetition and supply chain agility. Among them, network embeddedness mediation path has the greatest influence on supply chain agility, followed by organizational learning ability mediation path, the chain mediation path of network embeddedness and organizational learning ability has the least impact on supply chain agility and network embeddedness is the only mediator between collective horizontal co-opetition and organizational learning ability. The theoretical significance and innovation of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects. First, it makes up that the existing literature is based on the background that supply chain enterprises only exist pure cooperative relationship or competitive relationship, thus ignoring the latest understanding that supply chain enterprises exist co-opetition relationship. Second, a theoretical hypothesis that collective horizontal co-opetition influence supply chain agility is proposed and tested. This paper reexamines supply chain agility in the context of the co-opetition relationship, which is not only a breakthrough in the theoretical study of supply chain agility only carried out in the context of a single cooperative or competitive relationship, but also the biggest innovation realized in this study and the biggest difference from previous studies. Third, the discussion of supply chain agility from the perspective of industrial cluster can not only theoretically explore the relationship between supply chain co-opetition and supply chain agility, but also enrich and extend the existing theoretical framework of supply chain agility.
At the same time, the conclusion of this paper emphasizes that enterprises should pay more attention to the construction of social network relations in the process of supply chain management, expand network scale through co-opetition, and enhance network density and relationship strength. Attach importance to establishing and perfecting trust relationship with enterprises in the supply chain, and strengthen the stability of network relationship between enterprises′ supply chain, establish and improve the trust relationship with enterprises in the supply chain, and strengthen the stability of the network relationship between enterprises in the supply chain. The partners in the supply chain should also strengthen the exchange and interaction of information and strategy, establish an information sharing platform. In addition, in the process of supply chain management, enterprises should pay more attention to the cultivation of organizational learning ability, improve the ability of knowledge acquisition and utilization, and attach importance to the process of knowledge integration and innovation. The social network formed through co-opetition is more conducive to the dissemination and sharing of enterprise knowledge, the cooperation relationship can promote the acquisition of enterprise knowledge, and the competition relationship can stimulate the innovation of enterprise knowledge.
