摘要: 摘要:受调查对象教育程度、行业和地区分布的影响,人力资本挣得方程中工作经验变量的二次设定存在不足。依据调查对象工作经验和收入的关系,同时参照墨菲(KeinMMurphy)和韦尔奇(FinisWelch)等学者研究人力资本挣得方程的方法,通过在基础明瑟挣得方程中加入工作经验变量的高阶多项式来提高挣得方程的拟合优度。实证研究结果表明,加入工作经验三次项的挣得方程是测定人力资本收益率的最佳选择。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the school attainments, sectors, and regions distribution of questionnaire, there are a few defects lie in working experience square variable of human capital earning equation. According to the relation between working experience and earning of questionnaire, referring to the theory of expansion of human capital earning equation that is advanced by Murphy and Welch, by means of adding the working experience high-order terms into a standard Mincer earning equation, a significantly better fit for earning equation is yielded, the results reveal that the earning equation including a working experience cubic term is the bestchoice.
