工业互联网生态对区域创新能力的影响研究

摘要

当前工业互联网生态发展日趋活跃,成为区域创新发展的重要载体,但现有研究对该现象关注不足。本文深入剖析工业互联网生态内涵特征、内在结构,从企业参与、产业应用、区域支撑多层次构建测度指标体系,并以2012年至2021年省级面板数据为研究样本,探索工业互联网生态对区域创新能力的影响及作用机制。研究发现:工业互联网生态能有效促进区域创新能力提升,其中产业应用所产生的积极作用最为明显。从空间来看,工业互联网生态对区域创新能力的影响呈现异质性,表现为“东部-中部-西部-东北”递减格局。在作用机制上,工业互联网生态通过提升人力资本水平、技术市场活跃度实现对区域创新能力的正向影响。研究结论为各地加快构建工业互联网生态,畅通创新要素流动促进区域创新发展提供了理论指导和路径参考。

Abstract

The industrial Internet is increasingly active and has become an important carrier for regional innovation, while current research has not paid enough attention. This paper proposed the concept, connotation and inner structure of the industrial Internet ecosystem, and constructed the indicator measurement approach from enterprise participation, industrial application and regional support. Using the provincial data from 2012 to 2021 as research sample, this paper explored the impact and mechanism of industrial Internet ecosystem on regional innovation capability. It was found that the industrial Internet ecosystem can effectively promote the regional innovation capability, among which the impact of industrial-level factors is the most significant. From the spatial perspective, the impact of industrial Internet ecosystem on regional innovation capacity presents significant differences, and presents a decreasing trend of "Eastern-Central-Western-Northeastern regions". From the perspective of transmission mechanisms, the industrial Internet ecosystem helps to enhance human capital level and technology market activity, and thereby enhancing regional innovation capability. The research will provide theoretical references and practical insights for constructing industrial Internet ecosystem and smooth flow of innovative elements to enhance regional innovation capability.

关于工业互联网这一虚拟产业集群的研究缺乏对构成要素和系统结构的深度解析,如何促进工业互联网产业生态发展亟需理论支持。从生态系统视角探讨工业互联网产业集群,利用文本挖掘技术开展质性研究。通过新闻热点挖掘与政策演化分析,提炼工业互联网领域关键元素,抽象形成工业互联网核心要素及其关联关系。进而结合生态系统理论,探讨各要素之间的组织方式及作用路径,构建平台核心—链式关联—生态网络三层结构的工业互联网产业集群生态系统模型。通过剖析工业互联网产业集群的运作机理和结构特性,为工业互联网平台建设与生态发展提供实践参考和理论支持。
