ChatGPT协同知识创新的社会规范影响研究

摘要:    从社会规范视角探讨ChatGPT协同知识创新不仅能为AI治理提供新的理论依据,同时也为技术开发者和使用者提供了更为明确的行为准则。现有关于ChatGPT的应用研究,要么聚焦于技术赋能效率视角,要么聚焦技术赋能情感视角,然而鲜有文献从社会规范视角展开。本文采用问卷调查法,通过对知识创新群体中的320名有效个体数据进行分析,研究发现:(1)ChatGPT协同知识创新的促进型社会规范使知识创新群体的ChatGPT采纳意愿显著提升,反之,防御型社会规范显著降低ChatGPT采纳意愿,即外部社会因素对知识创新群体行为产生了影响;(2)知识创新的自信力在ChatGPT协同知识创新的社会规范与ChatGPT采纳意愿之间起中介作用,即心理因素对知识创新群体行为产生了影响;(3)ChatGPT创造力悟性在ChatGPT协同知识创新的社会规范与知识创新自信力之间起调节作用。本研究从社会规范视角完善了ChatGPT采纳意愿的现有理论框架,还拓展了ChatGPT创造力悟性在知识创新领域的适用性,也对人工智能时代知识创新的实践路径提供了有益的启发。

Abstract:     Exploring ChatGPT-assisted knowledge innovation from the perspective of social norms offers new theoretical foundations for artificial intelligence governance and provides clearer behavioral guidelines for both developers and users. Prior research on ChatGPT applications primarily focuses either on the efficiency of technological empowerment or on its emotional impacts, while few studies have examined it from the perspective of social norms. Based on a questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the data from 320 knowledge innovators to demonstrate that: (1) Promotion-oriented social norms in ChatGPT-assisted knowledge innovation significantly enhance knowledge innovators′ intentions to adopt ChatGPT, whereas prevention-oriented social norms significantly decrease it, indicating the influence of external social factors on their behavior; (2) Knowledge innovators′ confidence in knowledge innovation mediates the relationship between social norms in ChatGPT-assisted knowledge innovation and the intentions to adopt ChatGPT, indicating that psychological factors influence group behavior in this context; and (3) ChatGPT creativity savvy moderates the relationship between social norms in ChatGPT-assisted knowledge innovation and knowledge innovators′ confidence. This study has advanced the existing theoretical framework of ChatGPT adoption intentions from social norms perspective, and extended the applicability of ChatGPT creativity savvy to knowledge innovation, and it will provide valuable insights into practical pathways for knowledge innovation in the era of artificial intelligence.
