战略性新兴产业人才生态环境定量评价研究

A research on the quantitative evaluation of the eco-environment of talent in strategic emerging industries

摘要: 良好的人才生态环境对战略性新兴产业内企业获得高质量人才至关重要,构建评价体系是了解和改善人才生态环境的前提。本文聚焦于企业内部层面,在已有研究基础上设计出企业内部人才生态环境评价体系框架。随后基于战略性新兴产业企业内部人才生态环境需求特征,通过文献研究与重要性指标筛选方法遴选出各级评价指标,并运用Delphi法和AHP计算出各级指标权重,构建出包含三个层级、五个维度的定量评价体系。最后,本文运用评价体系对云计算行业及一真实企业进行分析,证实了评价体系的可行性。

Abstract: Good eco-environment of talent is essential for enterprises in the strategic emerging industries to obtain high-quality talents. Constructing evaluation system is the premise of improving the eco-environment of talent. Focusing on the inner of enterprise, this paper designs the framework of the evaluation system including three levels and five dimensions. Based on the demand of the enterprise-internal eco-environment of talent in strategic emerging industries, the evaluation indexes of each dimension are selected according to literature research and sieving method of critical index. Then weight of each index is obtained using the Delphi method and AHP, and the quantitative evaluation system is constructed. Finally, an empirical research is conducted according to data of the cloud computing industry and a real company, which confirms the feasibility of the evaluation system.
