文章研究了将项目管理风险集成到投标风险,运用全寿命周期理论实施软件项目投标风险规避的问题。首先,介绍了软件项目全寿命周期流程和寿命周期各阶段的主要风险要素;其次,分析了软件项目投标风险对应的风险规避措施;最后,提出了软件项目投标风险规避的基本决策过程,并举例。

This paper integrates project management risk into bidding risk, and makes use of life cycle management theory to study risk avoidance in software project bidding. Firstly, life cycle of software project bidding and main risk factors existing in the each stage of the life cycle are introduced. Secondly, risk avoidance measures corresponding to the risk factors are analyzed. At last, basic decision procedure of risk avoidance in software project bidding and an example are presented.
